Your interaction with us will take place, in the first stage, by completing the appointment form on the Site, after which the Nestelli Diamonds staff will contact you with proposals regarding your visit to the Nestelli Diamonds showroom. Given our philosophy toward bespoke jewelry and the way we approach each request to create a unique piece, we consider it necessary to meet before beginning the process of creating the perfect piece for you. Since every Nestelli Diamonds piece is 100% unique, in order to offer you the authentic Nestelli Diamonds experience, we will establish together, during your visit, the concept, the raw material to be used, and all associated details.

We have taken great care to ensure that the elements on our site are presented as accurately as possible. However, the clarity of colors will depend on your own monitor/device and, therefore, we cannot guarantee that the actual item will have the exact color shown on the site. Before placing an order, please read these Terms. A firm order for a Nestelli Diamonds piece may be placed at the time of your visit to our showroom.

Access to placing an order is open to any person. Orders can be placed online through the Site, by email at contact@nestelli.ro, or by phone at +40 736 177 717 (or as displayed on the Site). For telephone orders, the order note and receipt will also be sent to you by email.

For justified reasons, Nestelli Diamonds reserves the right to restrict any person’s access to placing an order and/or to the use of some of the accepted payment methods.

Jewelry and products are sold and delivered together with the invoice and warranty certificate, and will be packaged in “gift”-type packaging.

An order may be cancelled by phone within 24 hours of placing it.

The methods of payment for services on the site are: cash on delivery upon receipt of the parcel, online payment, or bank transfer.

In the case of online payments, Nestelli Diamonds is not and cannot be held responsible for any additional cost incurred by you, including but not limited to currency conversion fees applied by your card’s issuing bank where its issuing currency differs from RON. Responsibility for such payments and fees lies solely with you.

Nestelli Diamonds reserves the right to cancel any order placed, following prior notice to you, without any additional obligation and without either party being able to claim damages or delivery of the product from the other, in the event that:

• the online payment of the transaction is refused by your card’s issuing bank;
• the online payment is invalidated by the payment processor approved by Nestelli Diamonds;
• the data provided by you is incomplete and/or incorrect;
• in any other duly justified cases, e.g. when a derisory price is displayed in error.

Delivery by courier is available throughout the entire territory of Romania. Nestelli Diamonds ensures the proper packaging of your order and the transmission of the accompanying documents to you. Nestelli Diamonds jewelry purchased online will generally be delivered via Fan Courier, within 3 business days from the moment the order is confirmed, except on public holidays. In exceptional situations — such as, but not limited to, extreme weather conditions, busy periods for the courier, or any other special or force majeure circumstances — delivery may be delayed through no fault of Nestelli Diamonds, and without Nestelli Diamonds owing any damages in this respect.

The delivery cost is 25 RON and may be changed at any time by Nestelli Diamonds, with the new price being displayed on the Site at the time the order is placed.

For online orders, should you choose to collect your order from the store, it will be available for collection for 7 calendar days from the moment of its confirmation.

Returns of Nestelli Diamonds products may be made in store or by courier. In the case of a return by courier, the shipping cost will be borne by you, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

Nestelli Diamonds jewelry may be returned within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from purchase, and only accompanied by the following documents: fiscal receipt or invoice, warranty certificate, and packaging. The product cannot be returned if it shows signs of wear.

For products purchased online, the value of the returned product will be transferred to the Buyer’s account after receipt and appropriate evaluation of the returned product.

Should you wish to exchange a purchased Nestelli Diamonds product, the exchange may be carried out directly in store or online. A purchased product may only be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value.

When using this Site, you must not:

• take actions that may lead to encouraging, inducing, assisting or carrying out any activity of a criminal, fraudulent nature, or otherwise prohibited by the legislation in force;
• use this Site for any purpose other than personal use;
